I really wanted to like this jacket, but for the price, it just doesn’t feel worth it. The fabric is thinner than I expected, and after only about a week I already noticed loose threads in the stitching. It still works as a jacket, sure, but this should’ve been a simple thing to get right. Instead, I’m already fussing with quality issues way too soon.

I just took this on a trip recently, that’s what’s sticking with me most right now. After only one use, the seams started ripping, which was really disappointing. I expected it to hold up at least a little longer

I messaged support expecting the usual waiting game, but they actually got back to me fast and fixed the issue right away. Shocking, I know. Thanks for making it easy.

I tried to exchange an item, but my messages were basically ignored, and I’m still waiting on my refund. It’s been way more of a hassle than I expected. Has anyone else had the same issue with their returns?

I bought a sleeping bag from sierradesigns.com, i didn’t find it comfortable at all. For me, it felt too tight around the shoulders, and after lying in it for a while, the fabric started to feel kind of scratchy. I kept waking up throughout the night and never really settled in. Maybe it works for other people, but for the price, I personally expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a men’s medium jacket and somehow got a large, even though the packing slip literally said medium. No clue how they messed that up, but it was dumb. Customer support did get back to me, but it took a few days, and then I had to deal with reboxing the thing like it was my problem. Such a pain in the ass, honestly.

Overall, still a good experience.

The jacket looks nice overall, but just a heads up, the sizing ran bigger than I expected. The sleeves were long on me too. It’s not a terrible jacket, but I’d definitely be careful and double-check the measurements before buying since the size chart wasn’t super clear

I was hoping the repair process would be straightforward, but it just kept going nowhere. I’d reach out, then wait, then somehow the replacement still wasn’t sorted. it felt like one of those things where you think it’s almost fixed, and then nope, back to waiting again. Frustrating overall.

I’ve been using this brand for a while now, and it’s been really reliable. My brother has used it too, and neither of us has had any serious issues so far. Definitely a solid brand I feel comfortable sticking with

About 20 minutes into walking uphill, I felt like I was trapped in a tiny weatherproof swamp. It did block some wind, which was nice, but it just didn’t vent well enough once I started moving.
